With a high proportion of our business catering to the reactive needs of customers we have the capacity to respond to emergencies within two hours, day or night, for health and safety and business critical situations. For non-urgent items an appointment will be arranged with an operative to attend according to your required timescale.
 
Planned Preventative Maintenance
 
PPM delivery based upon specific requirements or asset surveys developed by our surveyors to meet your needs. We can offer a ‘planned service’ option (major service visit to HVAC plant on an annual basis) or a ‘handyman service’ entailing regular site visits by a multi-skilled operative to proactively reduce the requirement for reactive works.
 
Service Contract Options
Option One - Basic Maintenance
Climaserve will allocate a technician to carry out routine maintenance on all items of specified plant at predetermined intervals. The agreed maintenance schedule would be determined by equipment criticality and use, budget constraints and site-specific factors as advised by the client. This option includes full 24-hour/365 day emergency support, with guaranteed response times.
With this option any materials, components and consumables required would be chargeable. In the case of equipment requiring repair or a service call outside scheduled visits, additional charges for labour would be applicable.
Option Two - Labour Inclusive
Provides option one cover as above with the addition that all labour costs for repairs, service calls or remedial works are included.
Option Three - Consumable Parts and Labour
Includes option one and option two cover plus all consumable materials associated with maintenance, such as air filters and drive belts.
Option Four - Fully Comprehensive
Includes all the above Levels plus cover for all major components

Performance & Accountability

In a modern service business delivery performance, monitoring benchmarking and measurement are vital - important for both the client and the service provider. We implement Service Level Agreements (SLA''s) on major contracts to create a mechanism for defining and operating service level provision on a day-to-day basis. Customer expectations are quantified and supplier performance is measurable. Key Performance Indicators (KPI''s) covering all aspects of the service are monitored and regularly reviewed to drive up service levels as part of a process of continuous improvement.
